SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being 
placed. During busier periods, processing may take slightly longer, 
but we'll always notify you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Time
Once processed, orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days. 
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon 
as your order ships, so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand 
to more countries soon.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Delays
While we work hard to get every order to you on time, delivery 
estimates are not guaranteed. Occasional delays can happen due to 
carrier issues, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our 
control.

Order Tracking
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or your 
tracking information hasn't updated in several days, contact us at 
support@dinokin.com and we'll help track it down.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your 
package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. 
If you still can't locate it, reach out to us at support@dinokin.com 
and we'll do what we can to help.
