Refund policy

At Dinokin, we want you to love your MunchieRex.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@dinokin.com within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and, if approved, issue a full refund or free replacement at our discretion — in most cases, no return shipment is required.

Because of how our products are sourced and shipped, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than damage or defect (such as a change of mind or buyer's remorse). We recommend reviewing all product photos and descriptions carefully before ordering.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
