Refund policy

At Dinokin, we want you to love your MunchieRex.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at 
support@dinokin.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the 
issue, and we'll provide a full refund or a free replacement, no 
return shipping required.

Because of how our products are sourced and shipped, we're unable to 
accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect (such as a 
change of mind). We recommend reviewing the product photos and 
description carefully before ordering.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 
5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card 
provider.
